Thank you for reaching out to Steelman Shine for freshening up your space.  Below is a questionnaire for your convenience.  Please answer each question to the best of your knowledge and add any additional information at the end.

Some pets don't like strangers in their home and that's ok.  If your beloved furry friend is like that, please find a place for them to be during the cleaning.  If they love people and are ok with the sound of the vacuum, then we will be happy to clean with them and probably love on them a bit as well.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.  Once you are booked, you have up to 48 hours priors to the cleaning to contact us to avoid a cancellation fee.  If you do need to cancel your cleaning after the 48 hours deadline, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.  

We maintain this policy to ensure our team members make the money they are counting on to pay their bills, as it is almost impossible to book replacement work on such short notice.  We understand that inclement weather and natural disasters will waive this cancellation fee
